Sanitation and Safety Policies
At Olde City Escape Games, your comfort, safety, and experience are our top priority. Here’s what we are doing to give you the safest possible escape room outing.
Disinfecting Between Every game
We’ve implemented new cleaning and disinfecting protocols. Our staff thoroughly disinfect rooms between each and every game. We use medical-grade disinfectants that kill 99.9% of viruses and bacteria. Our staff also fully disinfects common areas such as the lobby and bathroom between game cycles.
Since we opened in 2018, we have always provided hand sanitizer to players. From the start, it’s been our practice to encourage all players to sanitize before and after play in consideration of the immunocompromised.
All Private experiences
Our games are now fully private experiences. This means that when you book a game for your family and/or friends, you’ll be the only ones in the room. No other people will be able to book for the same time session to join you. You will have the entire room to yourselves!
Vaccination and Masks
We do not check for vaccination status. As Philadelphia has lifted its mask mandate, our players and employees may choose to wear masks, however, masks are not enforced.
Contactless check-in
We’ve conveniently made our check-in available via QR code so that you no longer need to use our touchscreen devices to sign-in. Simply use your personal phone device to scan the QR codes posted in our lobby to fill out your check-in when you arrive.
Game adjustments
A few unique elements in each of our games have been modified to err on the side of caution. While slightly different, we’ve redesigned these elements to be creative, seamless, and as fun as ever.
Our top priority is to ensure that our players are fully comfortable and immersed through their experiences by keeping our customers, staff, and community safe with these covid-19 safety procedures.
